Ingredients:

4 Tortilla wraps

½ pot of Moorish Original Smokey Humous

1 Avocado, sliced

Turkey

Chilli Sauce ( optional)

Spread thin layer of humous on one side of each wrap

Divide the avocado slices between the wraps , placing it on top of the humous

Add the turkey along with a generous splash of chilli sauce (optional) and fold each wrap over to form a half circle

Place the folded wrap into a heated frying pan and toast on each side for 1-2 minutes

Remove from pan, slice each wrap into two and serve with a green salad.
